Coaching is a transformative process, and its true power lies in understanding the psychological principles that underpin human behavior, motivation, and relationships. We believe that without this foundation, coaches risk missing critical client signals, overstepping boundaries, or underestimating the importance of context. This workshop, Understanding Psychological Theories to Elevate Your Coaching Practice, is designed to bridge that gap by equipping coaches with essential psychological knowledge to enhance their practice while staying firmly within the coaching lane.
