Michael is a Professionally Certified Coach by the International Coaching Federation, a Certified Professional in Agile Coaching by IC Agile and a Certified Delivery Partner for the Phoenix Project DevOps simulation.

Michael is a highly regarded executive coach, facilitator and leader who has 25 years of experience working in High Tech. This experience spans roles ranging from software development to adult education, including over 10 years leading geographically distributed teams. From Germany to Denmark, France, Finland and the US, Michael has had the opportunity in his career to work with Leaders across diverse business units including Operations, Sales and Marketing, Software Development, Hardware and RF Development as well as User Experience.

Michael works with a wide variety of clients from diverse organizations including IBM, Google, SAP, TEKsystems, the non-profit sector, as well as entrepreneurs. During his time at IBM he was a Coach in IBM’s premier sales executive program where he was able to work with many executives to improve their personal and leadership effectiveness.
